Sipping spiced rum with an exceptional taste profile.
ETHICALLY SOURCED, DISTILLED IN COGNAC (France)
Using FAIR Belize Rum XO as a base, we infuse some Fair Trade arabica from Mexico, some cacao from Peru and some vanilla from Madagascar. We then add less than 200 grams per liter of Fair Trade liquid sugar from South America.

- 3 oz of Fever Tree Ginger Ale
- 1/3 oz sugar syrup
- Build up over ice cube in a highball
- Garnish with a lemon zest and fresh candied ginger
