ETHICALLY SOURCED, DISTILLED IN COGNAC (France)
Made using hand-picked elderflower petals from the French countryside.
The fresh petals are macerated for one week in neutral alcohol. We then do a slow reduction by adding fair-trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance.
